Pay by scanning the InstaPay QR code. Verify the recipient before confirming, then upload the successful-transfer screenshot in the payment proof section of your request on the website.

From first order to collection
Weekly batches & preparation
We collect orders in weekly batches. Each collection lasts one week (7 days), starting with its first order. After the collection closes, we manufacture the products and usually receive them within a maximum of 10 days. We then check and pack your order and notify you when it is ready. Collect from the pickup point selected at checkout, or choose delivery by a shipping company. Shipping fees are quoted separately and we notify you of the cost before dispatch.

Order validity
Pay and upload proof within 48 hours of placing your order, including weekends. Evidence submitted on time stays under review until we check the transfer; uploading proof does not confirm payment. If you have paid but missed the deadline, open an account support request with your order code and evidence for manual review.
Support and changes
Open an account support request for questions or changes. If you have not transferred money or uploaded evidence, place a new order with the correct details and leave the old unpaid order to expire 48 hours after its creation. A new order does not immediately cancel the old one. If you have paid or uploaded evidence, contact us from the original request first to avoid duplicate payment.
Returns
Eligible standard goods can generally be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, subject to the legal exceptions in our Terms. Made-to-order standard designs are not automatically personalized goods. Goods made to your own specifications and matching them may be excluded from change-of-mind returns. Defective or non-conforming goods retain their remedies, including the applicable 30-day return or replacement right. Open an account support request for help.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup is available in 5th Settlement, Maadi and 15 May. Shipping is quoted separately for your address and confirmed with you before dispatch. When your package is ready, we email you and contact you personally to arrange delivery or collection.
Analytics and cart reminders
Optional analytics operate after your consent; you can decline or withdraw without losing shopping access. Analytics exclude free-text personalization, private artwork and payment evidence. Email cart reminders require separate consent and include an unsubscribe link. Basic card-verification information is public; optional contact and profile visibility is controlled in your profile settings. Our Privacy Policy explains the data, retention and your rights.
Made-to-order preparation
Products are made to order in weekly collections. After collection closes, manufacturing and receipt usually take up to 10 days, followed by checking and packing. These are estimates, not a guaranteed handover date. Delivery time is additional; we notify you when your order is ready.
