Standard customization is EGP 150 per physical item, included in eligible product discounts. Extensive work is quoted separately. Keychain laser engraving is included in its price. The thermal bottle and keychain use laser engraving.
Payment & customization details
- Your account quote itemizes each product, customization, discounts, deposit, revision rounds and delivery before payment. Fees receive the eligible product’s discounts; boxes, cards and shipping are excluded from tiers. The deposit is part of the total and credited once.
- A brief gets 3 concepts per product included in the fee. Your own artwork gets a feasibility check and approval proof. Production needs your final approval and verified balance payment.
- Cancellation and refunds follow the accepted quote and work completed, with remedies for defective or incorrect goods preserved. Cairo pickup is available; shipping is quoted by destination.
- Only send artwork you have rights to use. We need separate permission to publish or market your designs. Any product can be requested, including box and card artwork. Required identity, verification, activation and upgrade eligibility still apply. Your account request records the agreement; WhatsApp can help coordinate.
