From choosing your products to receiving them, your order details stay in one place. The Identity Shop and custom designs are open to everyone.
Open the Identity Shop and choose your product, size or personalization where offered. Use Buy now to go to checkout, or add several products to your cart.
Choose an available sign-in method. First visit? Select Create account, enter your details and complete email verification. Your cart selections are kept.
Choose an available pickup or delivery option. Review your details, personalization and total, then confirm. Your order opens with its own reference and a page you can return to.
Follow the instructions on your order page. Check the amount, recipient and deadline before transferring. Upload the successful-transfer proof there. Do not pay again while confirmation is pending.
The team reviews your transfer. After confirmation, follow preparation and handover from the same order page. Open My orders even if an email has not arrived.
Your upload reached the team for review. This does not yet confirm that the funds have been checked and recorded.
The team checked the funds and recorded them against your order. The order page shows the next step and its timing when available.
Pickup and delivery options and charges appear during order review. Wait for the ready-for-pickup or delivery update before travelling. Check your order for any payment deadline or remaining balance.
Read payment and delivery policiesChoose your items, explain your idea and attach references. Save a draft if you need more time. Once submitted, it appears in My orders as Custom design — Awaiting quote. Review the quote and payment instructions, then approve the design version before production. Your order shows what you need to do at each stage.
Start your custom designOwner and business listings are separate from the Identity Shop cart. Open the listing, review its photos and description, then contact the seller directly. Agree condition, price, payment, delivery and warranty with them. Owner verification or business listing approval is not a product or service guarantee.
